ALANI is worked from the top down. The neckband is worked in [k1, p1] ribbing and features a button at the neckline. Neckline is shaped by german short rows. All cuffs are knit in [k1, p1] ribbing, and since it is knit top-down, it can be tried on at any point after dividing for the sleeves, allowing for easy adjustments to width and length.

MATERIAL:

The shown sample is worked with: BC Garn Semilla Cablé, col. 16 Thunder, 100% wool, 145 m pr. 50 g.

BUTTON:

1 button approx. 0.5 in (1.25 cm) diameter.

NEEDLES:

Circular needles and DPNS (or magic loop) for the ribbings: US 6 (4,0 mm), for the body: US 7 (4,5 mm), or needle size required to obtain gauge, plus one spare needle.
